Responsibilities: Product Growth: Identify growth opportunities for the Depot product within the specific Area markets Optimize existing product features to enhance performance and customer satisfaction Contribute to the development of new features that align with market demands Actively lead the important RFQs that includes Depot solutions and ensure the proposal submitted is comprehensive, competitive, and within the parameters set by the GlobalRegional product Identify growth opportunities for actual customers, define, and implement plans, and follow the actions with areas. Product-Market Fit Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, engineering, and customer support) to ensure the Depot product meets the unique needs of the target markets Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, preferences, and trends. Analyze customer feedback and adjust the product offering accordingly Analyze digitization adoption metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities Support contract renewal with management information and business intelligence to aid pricing and contract negotiation decisions Coordinate the creation andor adoption of standard product collaterals for specific markets Creating and maintaining market-specific capability sales collateral and value propositions in support of business plans. Go-to-Market Strategy Enhancement: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies Ensure that these strategies effectively position the Depot product in the market Address customer pain points through targeted messaging and positioning

Requirements: Proficient Experience in Logistics Operations or Depots. Experience in managerial roles. Solid MS Office. Excellent English level Solid multilevel communication skills. Great communication & negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills. #LI-AM4
