As a QA Automation engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for our software products. You will work closely with developers, manual testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You will also use continuous testing tools and practices to deliver fast and reliable feedback to the project team. You will also be able to apply logical and creative thinking to solve problems and provide solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Postman and other automation testing tools. Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Utilize Zephyr Scale for test management and execution. Integrate and configure automated tests with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery. Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking tools and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Continuously improve the QA process by suggesting and implementing innovative ideas and solutions. Skills: Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, preferably in a client-facing role. Strong proficiency in automation testing using tools like Postman. Experience with test management tools like Zephyr Scale. Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus. Certifications related to software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
