Realize remote support of solutions, managing customer calls and acts to fix issues. Validate the prerequisites and deploy the technical solutions in accordance with the project schedule. Youre the right fit if: Bachelors, Masters or Engineering degree in Computer Science. Min 2 years of experience in IT deployment andor IT support (ideally in a hospital setting). Excellent IT skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers. Fluent English mandatory. Control of hospital workflow actors: GAM, HIS; RIS, PACS, Modalities Good skills in IT trouble shooting, logs analysis correlated to solution usages. About Philips We are a health technology company.
