Technical Leaders play the lead in this journey, using their analytical and technical skills (and above all, their enthusiasm) to tackle the complex problems of a feature-rich yet user-friendly enterprise application, driving forward the growth of a product used by thousands of users every day Your challenges and objectives:Achieve a rounded knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user.Own and be responsible for your teams code quality. Taking care of: reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, alignment with design standards, etc.Take an active role in your teams development in collaboration with the team manager.Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope.Have a vision of the teams ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there.Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.).Proactively plan the teams code design.See to the technical side of day-to-day work, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed, among other tasks.Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities.About you:Mentoring and leadership experience.Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency.Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.About us: Avature is a market leading enterprise SaaS Solution provider for global talent acquisition and talent management.
