Do you want to make a difference in the world and contribute to a sustainable future?We believe we can develop the technology and gain the know-how to make that difference, tackling the climate challenge.Its a big responsibility, and we have committed to do it.We have launched our ambition, MissionZero – enabling our customers to move towards zero emissions in mining and cement.We need your skills, curiosity and drive for change to fulfil our goal.Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Job scopeThe Regional Solution Specialist will be responsible for the Mill Liners serviceproduct line, identify business opportunities, generate leads and foster client relationship to meet or exceed sales goals, support installation assistance as well as inspection and measurements on site, including wear reports.Ensure customer support, troubleshooting and participate in customer seminars and presentations.Travel within the specific region to drive the growth and offer technical expertise for the Mill Liners serviceproduct line.Your responsibilitiesManage the customers and their consumable throughout the product life cycleAssessing customer needs and recommend most suitable productssolutionsIdentify and develop new business in the regionProvides feedback into the business regarding customer needs and market intelligenceMaintain opportunities in the CRM systemMonitor industry for updates and changes in the product landscapeBe able to perform health checks on customers sites, review data and present feedbackWork closely with product line, engineering and sales teams across FLS.Support development of specific marketing documents to place solutions primary benefitsSelf driven and able to work with minimum supervision.Ability to support Proposal department on complex solutions.What you bringCollege degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 10 years of experience within the miningindustrial industry.Specific experience with heavy industrial products andor systems is a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience with x consumable product.Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawingsGood communication skills, written and spoken.Deep product and competitors knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniquesCapable to communicate complex concepts to customers in simple termsAble to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.What do we offer?Health and life insuranceAccess to our Flexible benefit programHybrid job scheduleGrowth opportunitiesGlobal networkCandidates will be contacted by email.References from unsolicited recruiters or agencies will not be accepted.All applicants will be required to pass a medical, drug and alcohol test prior to employment.
