Key Responsibilities: Manage the operations of the locationHSSE & compliance adherenceManage subcontractors needs and used at this location for WnD services Drive compliance & regulatory adherenceSites operating basis security IT standardsLease administrationContract managementDrive adherence to governance frameworkFacilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clientsAll people and safety aspectsHaving the best place to work and taking care for our clientsNew and existing customer managementSite performance (costutilization)Continious improvement & optimization of assetsInvestCustomer satisfaction (e.g. NPS)Customer KPI and metrics if site is part of global SCMment proposals and follow up on the sameWe are looking for: Seasoned professional with operational knowledge of warehouse with complex processesBroad experience in warehouse management with high-tech implementationsPeople and talent development experienceCollaboration, leadership and influencing skillsUnderstanding of local culturesSelf directed entrepreneurialcreativeTeam playerStakeholder management Strong dealing with customersEnglish proficiency (desirable)You have been reading so far, were glad to see you are interested.
