07.02.2024 WHAT YOULL DO As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCGsIndustrial Goods Practice Area you will work in a growing global team,providing metals & mining expertise and insights whilst workingtogether with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets,analysis and expert advisory. Youll serve as a thought partner andcontent expert to case teams and topicsector leaders, helpingstructure and solve complex issues.Additionally, you will support theMetals & Mining sector in developing existing & new intellectualproperty and knowledge assets. You will work on commercializationefforts for the topicsector, in conjunction with business leaders,supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As aSenior Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, trainingand guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within theteam.We partner with Industrial Goods clients in all regions toidentify their highest-value opportunities, address their mostcritical challenges, and transform their enterprises. This role has afocus specifically on the Mining Industry. Our customized approachcombines deep insight into the dynamics of companies and markets withclose collaboration at all levels of the client organization. Thisensures that our clients achieve sustainable competitive advantage,build more capable organizations, and secure lasting results. #LI-JE1YOURE GOOD AT * Solving client problems through formulating relevantresearch andor analytical approaches in metals & mining space*Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for the metals &mining sector based on different client contexts* Experience intechnical marketing or explorationmineralogymining services field ofwork would be a plus, in particular expertise in early stage Miningwork (prospectingexploration) and mining services would be a plus*Experience in the Copper industry would be a bonus * Communicatingwith senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way* Workingcollaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual,proficient in agile ways of working* Flexibility and bringing acurious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to proposeinnovative ideas* Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity YOUBRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) * 1-2+ years of consultingexperience in relevant metals & mining space required; candidates withconsulting experience preferred* In lieu of consulting experience, 2+years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industryexperience strongly preferred* Bachelors Degree required (advanceddegree preferred)* Fluency in English and Spanish* Advanced knowledgeof Portuguese * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills tointeract with internal and external stakeholder while working in aglobal collaborative team environment YOULL WORK WITH Our knowledgeand research specialists collaborate with global colleagues across BCGto bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our clients.
