We are a dynamic vCFO (virtualChief Financial Officer) business revolutionizing financial managementfor businesses. Our innovative approach combines expert financialconsulting and virtual services to help clients achieve theirfinancial objectives. As a small and ambitious team, we are seeking aSales Development Representative (SDR) to join us and drive our leadgeneration efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation:Utilize online platforms, particularly Upwork, to identify relevantopen requirements and potential clients seeking financial consultingservices.

Prospecting: Conduct research to understand clientneeds, industry trends, and target markets, ensuring efficient leadqualification.

Appointment Setting: Engage in effectivecommunication to schedule appointments between potential clients andthe vCFO team, allowing for further discussions and potential dealclosure.

CRM Management: Accurately track and maintain leadinformation, communications, and progress within the customerrelationship management (CRM) system.

Collaboration:Collaborate with t hi he vCFO team to share market insights, bestpractices, and feedback to optimize lead generation and conversionstrategies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on keyperformance metrics, such as the number of leads generated,appointments set, and conversion rates, to measure success andidentify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Provenexperience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within thefinancial or consulting industry.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in English, with the ability to engage and buildrapport with potential clients effectively.

Ability to workindependently and proactively pursue leads, demonstratingself-motivation and initiative.

A track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets and goals.

Proficiency in using onlineplatforms and CRM systems for lead generation andmanagement.

Knowledge of Financial Services: Basic knowledge offinancial consulting services and an understanding of the vCFObusiness model is desirable
