Lead Engineer atBairesDev We are looking for a Lead Engineer to lead ourEngineering Team and help spearhead our growth. As a LeadEngineer, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-dayoperations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the keymembers of our Engineering team and position yourself for uniquecareer growth opportunities. What Youll Do: - Be incharge of the Human Capital for the Project: hiring, retaining, andfiring. Compensation plans, motivation, etc. - Help in thedefinition and monitor metrics and KPIs for the teams. - Make surethat team coordination and the development process are executedcorrectly. - Lead all the Scrum ceremonies and theircompliance. - Encourage a collaborative engineering cultureaccording to the company values. Heres what we are lookingfor: - 7+ years of experience in Software Development relatedroles in a relevant company. - 3+ years of experience as a ProjectManager or similar. - Strong Project Management skills. -Excellent communication skills. - Advanced EnglishLevel.
