As a Python Tech Leader in ourDevelopment Team, your mission will be technically overseeing a teamof experienced front and back developers. You will work in afast-paced global team in charge of pushing the innovation to the nextlevel. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDevstrategy. What You Will Do: - Work closely alongsidetheir Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support the delivery ofthe project. - Be able to manage your time effectively to focus oncoding as well as supporting junior members. - Integrate with theDevOps team to maintain tasks. - Make architectural decisionskeeping the future of a growing business in mind. Heres whatwe are looking for: - Advance agile methodologiesmanagement. - Advanced Design Patterns knowledge. - Advanced ITinfrastructure knowledge. - Experience with Security. - Fullyspecialized in Backend, Frontend development areas. - Strongexperience in coding reviews and managing CICD pipelines. - Expertunderstanding of the benefitsweaknesses of clientsrequirements. - Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing acertain technology. - Strong experience participating in meetingswith clients, users, and stakeholders. - Experience leading teams,allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimatingtasks, managing conflicts, planning.
