**Introduction** As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Come to IBM and make a global impact! **Your Role and Responsibilities** - Build solutions according to the design defined by the Tech Lead of your cell, using only the standardized technologies in the organization. - Provides the Tech Lead with feedback regarding the design, and may suggest modifications as deemed necessary. - Work closely with the BackEnd Developer to properly understand and use the Inner APIs. - Designs and develops Omnichannel or BCL APIs containing the business logic of the product, based on the Inner APIs published by the Back End Developer and exposes them in the corresponding API catalog for reuse by the rest of the organization. - It designs and develops the specific Outer APIs according to the needs of the solutions it develops, making them available in the corresponding API catalog for reuse by the rest of the organization. - Write unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for everyday tasks. - Questions ideas and opinions to avoid the implementation of ineffective solutions when it deems it appropriate. - Ensures that the code follows the latest coding practices and industry standards. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - Nodejs - TypeScript - Relational and non-relational databases. - Rest APIs or microservices.
