Were looking for a professional with the right background for Business Development Manager role to work in Santiago Summarize the main activities for this position - Define and roll-out global strategic initiatives along with local management team - Create the guidelines and approve the Account & Industry Sales Plan - Provide technical support - Perform milestones control, measurements and analysis - Audit the OR & Sales goals and execute results measurement and analysis - Seek the continuous improvement through the search of new tools, systems and processes to reach a better business efficiency - Be the ambassador about all global rules and guidelines to the market area - Support the country managers in marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising, forums, exhibitions and customer events - Support market & pricing analysis - Lead Due Diligence process, agreement´s signature, commission & territory rules - Responsible for the business Intelligence by region & industry - New products, new demands, new leads for products development & competitors - Create and manage the MA training program agenda, focusing the industry development along with local teams - Create the market area product availability stock strategy and definitions - Responsible to all communication between technical support, global industry specialist, factories and product managers - Audit assessment and follow-up business strategy What youll need: - Desirable experience of at least 12 years with experience in the area - technical leadership - English fluid.
