We need someone to be theguardian of the UX process implementation among other researchers anddesigners, working closely with teams across the entireorganization. As a UXUI Designer Manager, you will: -Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and UXdesign process. - Guide the UXUI Design team to create overallconcepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product,ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers. -Mentor design team across different squads, maintaining the design andexperience consistent throughout product lines. - Master HCIusability and accessibility. Knowledge of Apple, Android andresponsive design guidelines. - Keep up with and educate the teamabout new or changing web and app creative trends andtechnologies. - Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability tooptimize data for the best possible outcome. - Continued educationand research into UX trends and current design strategy andtechnology. - Analyze information from multiple resources includingconsumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, search and socialactivity, to bring improvements and strategies to both current designand processes. - Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologiesfor better results. Heres what we are looking for: - +7years of design experience. - Be a great team player, experiencedin working with agile teams (You have previous experience in managingdesign teams). - Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability tooptimize data for the best possible outcome. - Proficiency inSketch, Figma, Adobe Family and prototype tools. - Basic knowledgeof Microsoft office products: Word, Excel andOutlook. Desirable requirements: - Have a problem solvermentality and a spirit for innovation. - Understanding of basicfront-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
