Join us in crafting exceptional design solutions andtransforming the future of commerce. **ExperienceSkillsRequired**: - 5+ years of experience designing and deliveringproducts from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team -Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and bestpractices - Demonstrated desire to continually improve onprocesses - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative,agile environment while producing great design work on tightdeadlines - The ability to explore ideas, persuade others, andbuild consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees ofambiguity - Self-motivation; ability to produce results bothindependently and as part of a team - Strong communication andactive listening skills, with an ability to build and develop close,trusting relationships - Experience using multiple approaches,including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and developproduct iterations - Ability to distill and reframe problems, thendefine a framework for resolution, generating clear, elegant solutionsfor complex challenges - Systems thinking; ability to step back andsee a projects larger ecosystem, with a focus on solutions thatimprove not just one feature but the entire user flow -Demonstrated behaviors, attitudes, actions, and judgments that inspireemployees to follow and other leaders to trust - Expert knowledgeof current design tools such as Figma, along with an ability toquickly learn new tools as they emerge - Experience developingsoftware that is global in reach, universal in design, and designedfor users of multiple languages and abilities - Experiencedesigning and thinking in design systems, not just single-purposeapps - An internal compass that points toward ethics and equality,and the conviction to speak up when we veer off course - BABS orMAMS in a design-related field, or equivalentexperience **Responsibilities** - Using documentation,reviews, and presentations, communicate clear and compelling ideas toa wide range of key stakeholders - Serve as a bridge connectingdesign, product, engineering, and marketing teams - Work closelywith product owners, engineers, and user research to create a visionfor the product area - Create designs that adhere to and extend theexisting style guide - Generate detailed final design specs thatinspire accurate developer builds - Work with developers andquality experts to deliver a polished final product - Promote andeducate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns -Mentor new design staff - Set the vision for a products creativeidentity, articulate it clearly and convincingly, and guide the teamthrough its implementation - Creates inclusive designs for allusers.
