Senior Talent SupportSpecialist at BairesDev What Youll Do: - Respond tohelp desk tickets and live chat inquiries. - Learn our products andplatform inside and out. - Create clear and informative knowledgebase articles and guides to provide self-service support. Keep thisdocumentation current as our platform evolves. - Troubleshoottechnical issues in our platform and work with our developers toidentify, document, and fix problems. Heres what we arelooking for: - 3+ years of experience in Customer Support orCustomer Success. - Strong communication skills to artfully breakdown, solve, and explain complex issues. - Passion to work withpeople. - Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities atone time. - Experience in the IT Industry head-hunting. -Advanced English level.
