This professional will be responsiblefor identifying and assessing the different profiles (Technical andNon-technical) required by BairesDev and its clients. We are lookingfor proactive, dynamic people and team players, with greatorganizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, andwith marked attention to detail. What You Will Do: - Scheduleinternal interviews, send the invites, and keep the system recordsupdated. - Schedule and confirm technical interviews. - Adapt toa fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Heres whatwe are looking for: - 2+ previous years of work experience.Previous experience in recruiting roles is a plus. - Goodcommunication skills, especially in listening and persuasion. -Time management and organization. - Flexibility and adaptability toconstant changes. - Working experience in online and phone salestechniques (is a plus). - Knowledge of IT Industry head-hunting (isa plus). - Advanced English Level.
