Finance Director atBairesDev We are looking for an experienced Finance Director tooversee all financial aspects of business and drive the companysfinancial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessingthe financial performance of the company as well as possible risks andinvestments. What Youll Do: - Drive the financialplanning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. -Retain constant awareness of the companys financial position and actto prevent problems. - Set targets for and supervise all accountingand finance personnel. - Oversee all audit and internal controloperations. - Prepare timely and detailed reports on financialperformance on a quarterly and annual basis. - Conduct analysis tomake forecasts and report to the board of directors. - Ensureadherence to financial laws and guidelines. Heres what we arelooking for: - Proven experience as director of finance orsimilar role. - In-depth knowledge of corporate finance andaccounting principles, laws, and best practices. - Solid knowledgeof financial analysis and forecasting. - An analytical mind with astrategic ability. - Excellent organizational and leadershipskills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonalabilities. - BScBA in accounting, finance, or relevant field. -Advanced English level.
