This role will support a salesrepresentative in managing and developing a portfolio of accounts,staffing key roles, and managing the overall status of accounts toensure comprehensive coverage of FullStacks clients. This role willreport to the VP of sales and be accountable for staffing roles,managing an ongoing relationship with clients, and achieving a teamrevenue goal. **What You Will Be Doing**: - Working witha dedicated sales representative and a group of accounts. - Workwith the sales representative to build account plans, identify growthstrategies, requirements to achieve them, and support staff headcountrequirements. - Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritizeclients, and ensure delivery. - Produce a clear team structure thataligns with the account goals. - Work with the Customer Successteam to manage and visualize data around account performance, identifyopportunities and risks, and be a supporting force in the go-to-marketfunction. - Navigating a startup environment that requires adedicated focus on execution and an ability to prioritize impactfulactions. - Traveling to key stakeholders and clients with salesrepresentatives. **What Were Looking For**: - 5-10years of experience in direct client support, sales, or clientmanagement. - Strong client communication. - History andfamiliarity of account management (developing them and identifyingopportunities). - Organization and process management. - Abilityto operate and manage time independently. - Strong organizational,presenting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral andwritten communication abilities as well as clientservice. **Benefits**: - Competitive Salary. - PaidTime Off (vacation, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave,holidays). - 100% remote work. - The ability to work withleading startups and Fortune 500 companies. - Health, dental,vision insurance. - 401(k) w 4% match. - Virtual company eventseach month. - Ample opportunity for career advancement. -Continuing education opportunities.
