We arelooking for an ambitious and self-motivatedSales Leaderto join our Team in Chile with a proven Sales record and Experience in the vehicle telematics fleet management industry is preferable. The right person for this role will have experience working the full sales cycle from prospect to close and will be comfortable selling technical products to OEMs and Tier 1 customers in the automotive industry. What will your role be? Manage the entire sales cycle; pursuing large customers, as well as to qualify new opportunities within targeted accountsities and pipe-line in a timely manner, using internal systems; PromoteandevangelizeWebfleetproduct offerings during client meetings at assigned accounts; Support global account efforts while working with internal account teams; Lead opportunities through deal review process; Develop sales strategy and account plan; Utilize skills as both a hunter and farmer to secure business at new and existing accounts; Meetexceed booking and revenue targets; Participate at industry events to promote WebfleetBMS brand awareness; Work with finance, governance, customer systems and the product units to produce winwin solutions for Webfleet and our customers; Expert use of Salesforce to realize forecast accuracy; Influence OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers regarding Webfleet solutions and become a trusted partner. To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following: Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science. 10 years of sales experience to include softwaretechnology. Experience and passion selling into the automotive market. Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce. Excellent communicator both verbal and written. Fluent in English. Confident and goal oriented sales leader with initiative and a positive attitude. Ability to travel as needed . Team player. What are the benefits we offer you? 15 annual leave days.
