**The Role**

Devs United is seeking a passionate **Senior Business Development Manager** that will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions. A talented professional that enjoys working in a collaborative environment and strives to make every day their personal best.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent the CRM and Marketing Automation team and its capabilities to fulfill opportunities for successful agreements
- Provide sales support with opportunities generated by the Salesforce Sales team
- Develop and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and key personnel
- Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing Automation team to plan budget expenses for sales
- related initiatives
- Work together with senior leadership to establish various team roles and structure to support the CRM and Marketing Automation sales organization
- Maintain and report a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and collaborate with the different practice areas to plan for capacity and resource allocation for upcoming projects
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Sales-related position
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform

**Schedule**

Summer: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (flexible)

Rest of the year: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible)
