We are a digital agency that focuses on paid media & user experience for its clients. Our firm focuses on clients in the Home Services, Home Goods, Healthcare & financial services space. Our company drives increased growth by using a full-funnel marketing approach powered by our experienced staff and AI audience targeting product, we call this Impact. Now we are hiring a new **Paid Media Strategist**. - Min 5 years of experience as a Paid Media Strategist - Español C1 - The ability to independently build out paid media strategies including channel & budget recommendation, creative concept recommendations, conversion tracking plans. - Knowledge of paid social and SEM management with an emphasis on driving profitable results - Case studies & ability to prove the results - Google Tag Manager experience is a plus - Skills in data reporting; pulling data, creating pivot tables, translating data and drawing conclusions - Excellent ad copywriting skills: ability to write ad headlines, post descriptions for ads - Knowledge of paid media metrics and how they interplay with one another - Understanding of the changing Paid Media landscape and the ability to quickly adapt - Strong self-management skills **As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be**: - Implementation, management, and optimizations of paid media accounts across Google Search (including shopping, display & video) & social media platforms (FB, Tik-Tok, Pinterest) - Experience with shopping campaigns including campaign creation, feed optimization Performance analysis & optimizations - Pull data and create reports; tracking KPIs, trends and pinpointing issues & opportunities - Weekly performance reporting - Communicate performance, recommendations & action items to project coordinator and to clients - Assist team with various account tasks and projects - Suggest and develop new creative concepts to tests across multiple channels **We offer you**: - Flexible working hours - Competitive monthly salary of 3500-4000 USD - Contract - Remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want - The job is a full time 40 hours a week - A 3 months trial period is envisaged for this position - **Please send your CV in English!**_ **Salary**: $3,174,500 - $3,628,000 per month **Experience**: - as a Paid Media Strategist: 5 years (required) - as a Google Tag Manager: 1 year (required) - Google Ads, Facebook Ads: 5 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) LicenseCertification: - Google Adwords Certified or Facebook Blueprint Certification (required)
