In this role, you will define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for our Electrification Business, meeting business targets and aligning with global product strategy. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and events to drive sales and increase market share. Your responsibilities Developing and executing the annual marketing plan with Electrification Business leaders, focusing on business development. Coordinating market studies with the Product Marketing and Sales team, defining appropriate forecasts and business, marketing and communication plans. Develop Business Intelligence and Pricing initiatives. Regular reviews of marketing activities and implementation of improvement plans to achieve business targets. Evaluating and disseminating customer research, market conditions and studies of competitors. Delivering product information, providing training (technical and sales) for the sales team, and driving sales efficiency. Working with HR management to ensure that the communication team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Your background Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related. Five years of experience working in similar position. Experience working with marketing for Electrification products (Electrification products and solutions for connection, protection, control and measurement in electrical systems for different industrial, commercial, residential, infrastructure and energy segments). Desirable knowledge in Digital Marketing and eCommerce. Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy.
