We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (French), passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company. Advanced English level and French are mandatory. Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available. Key responsibilities Should be able to handle inbound Outbound calls Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance Resolve IT Support Request and Issues Maintain Service Records Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Skills and Experience Required Really passionate about learning and technology. Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in French and English. Flexible to Work in European Shifts (starting at 3:00 or 4:00 am).
