Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting directly to the General Manager in Chile and functionally to Latin America HR Director, Puratos is currently seeking its next. 
By joining our team, you will bring along Puratos Magic & our People Charter to life. You will be responsible for the implementation of Global HR Strategy & initiatives in the country in short and long range, inspiring and closely working with the Regional HR Director and Group HR Centers of Excellence. This, in order to ensure Puratos performance management, talent management, people development and business success in the country. You will be a member of the country management team and Latin America HR Leadership team. 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & implement Puratos talent management & performance review programs locally. 
Discuss and update our long-range Workforce Planning, ensuring that our business needs are met in line with growth and productivity targets. 
Lead recruiting strategies and deliveries, ensuring best fit for our positions for current and future needs. 
Coach leaders, advise on people and organization matters, proposing concrete solutions. 
Apply our compensation & benefits Group processes and standards, ensuring fair pay practices. 
Take initiatives to strengthen our employer branding and become an employer of choice. 
Monitor our employee engagement and work with leaders to strengthen our employee value proposition. 
Analyze trends, monitor key performance indicators, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness. 
Safeguard compliance on our data and processes, leveraging technology via Success Factors – our HR integrated platform. 
Collaborate in regional and global initiatives, supporting our broader HR agenda. 
Lead, together with Finance, our annual HR budget process. 
Lead all aspects related to payroll and personnel administration. 

Desired Skills and Experience:
Masters degree in Business Administration or Psychology, or other related areas 
Full proficiency in Spanish and English 
Previous experience as HR leader, full scope, in multinational companies. 
Deep knowledge of Chile culture, labor legislation and talent market. 
Technical understanding and solid experience with different HR matters, such as business partnering, job grading, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent & performance management, data management, payroll.
