A financial services company is growing rapidly in a wide geographic area that includes Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and our headquarters in Santiago, Chile. Its team is composed of individuals with diverse academic and geographic backgrounds to ensure a rich and stimulating work environment that provides the best solutions to our clients. This is why we are looking for an M&A Corporate Finance Associate, being responsible for preparing work proposals, preparing company reports, attending process meetings and preparing valuations, all in a bilingual work environment. Principal functions Carry out asset valuations, analyze financial projections, and develop sensitivity analysis of a company. Design financial models for debt restructuring or capitalization. Establish relationships and maintain direct contact with current and potential clients. Participate in business M&A negotiation processes. Coordinate the Due Diligence of companies. Required Skills Ideal candidates should have between 4-5 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, with an investment bank firm or asset manager (preferably with corporate finance experience in Peru or Colombia) FluentAdvanced English level Problem-solving skills Creative and with strong business intuition skills Excellence in written and oral communications Solid academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related careers #J-18808-Ljbffr
