Position:Head of Sales Spotify Cono Sur - Chile\nLocation: CUSTOM.LOCATIONS \nReports to: Managing Partner Spotify \nTheHead of Sales will be responsible for helping advertisers in differentindustries to grow their business with Spotify solutions. HeShe will benavigating through complex business situations, help clients to solve theirchallenges and contribute to growing our revenue with ad products. The head ofsales needs to utilize hisher strategic and analytical business skills, alongwith talent management skills to cultivate and lead the team. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n?Build strong partnerships with key clients and c-level executives in different industries focusing on key verticals concentrating the overall marketing revenue in the market.\n?Cultivate a team of client partners to help them with increasing client base with strategic pitches, influencing C-level clients and analyzing client performance and revenue trend for inclusive solutions\n?Manage the team by developing sales skills, coaching & training, building organizational structure including recruiting.\n?Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration\n?Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, impact measurement\n?Regularly consult with localregional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n· Graduated in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing andor related fields. Advanced knowledge of English. \n· Experience in B2B commercial management of at least 5 years as commercial director or related function. Previous experience in advertising agencies and media will be a plus. \n· Experience in interpretation of digital advertising platforms (Facebook for Business, Google Ads, DSPs, Programmatic, Digital Audio). (Not exclusive). \n· Understanding of methods and analysis in managing key client relationships. \n· Analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
