Regional Sales Manager (Florida) H&A Recruiter \n\nHerk and Associates has been retained by a leading equipment dealer inFloridalooking for a motivated and experiencedRegional Sales Managerto join their team!\nThis role will be responsible for the efficient, profitable, and safe operation of the Sales Department in the region. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that company goals are met by managing a team of Sales Reps in a large and growing market!\nResponsibilities:\nManage growth, safety, efficiency, and profitability of the Sales Representatives\nEvaluate performance of sales department against stated goals, budgets, financials, customer reviews and competitors\nImplement and promote current marketing programs \nReview deals and compensation for sales personnel and make recommendations for changes as appropriate\nSchedule weekly customer visits jointly with equipment salesperson\n\nQualifications\n\nUndergraduate Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience\nExperience in the industry; preferably in sales and customer relations\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nGeneral knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs\n\nLog in or Register for a free account in order to apply for this job.\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
