This includes supporting the development and managing the implementation of the new products or services, defining training and certification, mapping the service execution process and ensuring that the consulting organizations have the resources, skills and tools for service execution.\n\nAbout The Role\n\n•Build client relationships and build a knowledge base of each clients business, organisation and objectives.\n•Lead the definition and management of critical operational readiness execution requirements, across the business and for our clients\n•Capture internal and external requirements for Operations Readiness including targets, criteria, frequencies, volumes, scopes, specifications, and quality levels – on an ongoing, evolving basis.\n•Plan and facilitate Operational Readiness Planning workshops and work with the relevant teams and internal functions to perform the Operational Readiness Execution.\n•Manage and facilitate programs and operational readiness exercises to support stakeholders to prepare to operate and maintain the new assets and capabilities being delivered.\n•Plan and deliver Operational Readiness services through each phase of projects, from strategy to conception, project development, delivery, commissioning, handover to operations and close out.\n•Participate in the OR Practice budget elaboration by providing inputs related to the Execution phases.\n•Manage project budget and provide stakeholders notice of any deviations and satisfactory justification.\nAbout You\n\nAt least 6 years exposure to or experience working in Mining Operations or similar environment.\nProven experience specifically in Operational Readiness, ideally ramping up Greenfields projects within the Mining Industry or similar\nDemonstrated success in leading Operational Readiness that delivered the Production Promise on large projects.\nExperience with asset hierarchies establishment and maintenance planning systems, handling standard work instructions, processes and procedures development and training within green and brownfields plants.\nExtensive Project Management, Commissioning and Operational Readiness experience.\nKnowledge of industrial Operations and Engineering disciplines.\nGood understanding of the consulting services and operations business\nInfluence relevant stakeholders in adherence to OR standard process compliance.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.\nnumeracy skills and PC skills including the use of MS Excel and Power BI\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally for business.\n\nWorking for Ausenco means you wont settle for the status quo – youll be part of a forward-thinking, culturally diverse organisation.
