You will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and profitability of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!\nWhat You Will Do:\n- Manage the companys annual budget and its revisions.\n- Manage a team of FP&A analysts.\n- Review and improve the budget control process and ensure compliance.\n- Review with business unit leaders the variances of their overheads versus budget and expense re-estimates.\n- Follow up on corrective actions.\n- Identify issues and eliminate unnecessary spending.\n- Prepare financial reports for top management and the Board of Directors.\n- Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business.\n- Help the Director of Control with day-to-day operations.\nHeres what we are looking for:\n- Degree in economics or industrial engineering.\n- MBA, or Masters in Finance.\n- 10+ years of finance experience (controlling, FP&A, accounting).\n- 2+ years of experience in an FP&A Manager position in a multinational company.\n- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English.\n- Knowledge of SAP Business One, SAP R3, or SAP S4HANA.\n- Cost management experience\n- SQL, PowerBI, andor Tableau.\nHow we do make your work (and your life) easier:\n- 100% remote work.\n- Hardware setup for you to work from home.\n- Flexible hours - make your schedule.\n- Paid parental leave, vacation & holidays.\n- Diverse and multicultural work environment.\n- An innovative environment with the structure and resources of a leading multinational.\n- Excellent compensation — well above the market average.\n- Here you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.\nOur people work remotely but with a consistent and robust culture that promotes diversity and teamwork.
