We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team.\nAs the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for Boart Longyear. This role will primarily support high volume and professional recruiting throughout out South American Region. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to attract, evaluate, and select top talent for our organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies and your exceptional coordination skills will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n\nProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and global organization.\n\nStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.\n\nExcellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.\n\nProactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.\n\nUnderstanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and selection.\n\nExperience in the drilling or mining industry is a plus.\n\nResponsibilities\nPartner with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.\n\nRecruitment planning: Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment plans, including job posting strategies, candidate sourcing channels, and interview processes.\n\nSourcing and screening: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates.\n\nCandidate evaluation: Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Boart Longyear. Provide detailed evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.\n\nCoordination and scheduling: Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.\n\nApplicant tracking and documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
