We offer five core solutions:\nOrganizational Strategy\nAssessment and Succession\nTalent Acquisition\nLeadership Development\nTotal Rewards\n\nTHE ROLE\nThe purpose of the Associate Principal, Delivery Services role is to lead major engagements, achieving clear business impact for client organizations utilizing Korn Ferrys Total Rewards solutions, specifically KF Pay. As an expert-level practitioner, this role supports the implementation of the client solution and executes the delivery of relevant rewards and benefits services. This role builds relationships with clients, continuously evaluating the clients needs, adjusting the KF Pay solution as required. The role is also responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to retain clients, ensuring future Korn Ferry Pay business, and identifying new opportunities within the client to utilize Korn Ferry Pay, and other solutions and services.\nIndividuals will work collaboratively as part of a team in support of a range of clients, managing their own time and contribution with general direction, support, and review of client deliverables. \nSupporting clients with the configuration of KF Pay to meet their business needs.\nProvide hands-on and strategic expertise in total rewards and compensation remuneration.\nManage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal andor external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.\nDeliver high quality analytics, design and advisory work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness including modelling, survey benchmarking, market research and data collection.\nResponsible for retaining clients through strong client relationship management.\nResponsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (principally leaders of Human Resources and Compensation). Needs a deep understanding of clients business needs and strategic objectives and acts as a strategic advisor.\nDelivers business and organizational insights, helping clients adopt KF Pay to their overall talent strategy.\n\nPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nProven success in managing international, multi-cultural, and virtual cross-functional projects in the total rewards and compensation niche. \nExperience working with clients in both compensation and emerging tech environments. \n5+ years of experience in a consultative role; sales, business development and or account management experience preferred. \nExperience working with contacts accounts in Argentina (although role will be based in Chile), with ability to travel to Argentina as needed. \nAbility to communicate in Spanish and English is highly preferred. \nExperience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred. \nProven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. \nAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles. \nAbility to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management. \nComfortable partnering with Senior Leaders to drive strategy, planning, and process improvements. \nStrong stakeholder management skills with focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs. \nSolid process and analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making abilities. \nStrong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns while developing and applying solutions. \nAbility to resolve challenging issues. \nExcellent, accurate, and effective oral and written communication skills. \nAbility to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. \nMust be team oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. \nSignificant personal initiative, high energy with a \"can do\" attitude and professional drive. \nMust be able to manage complexity. \nMust have strong customer focus. \n\nEDUCATION\nBachelors degree required Engineering, Business Administration, Economics Finance or Human Resources.
