Want to be a part of our team?\nPlans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, and the like.\n\nCoordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customerspartners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needsimpact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.\n\nProjects may vary in number, size, and complexity.Working at NTT\nInternal IT Project Managers lead and direct concurrent \"managed\" type projects or projects classified as standard or complex projects or one larger \"managed\" project. The individual is also involved in larger-scale projects supervised by more senior Internal Project andor Programme Managers. They take projects from the original concept through to final implementation. This person will interface with all stakeholders.\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nAdheres to and ensures that the project delivers the solution, remains within baselined budget, is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.\nTakes responsibility for all aspects of the full life-cycle of the assigned projects.\nManages client and stakeholder satisfaction, commitment, and expectations too high service levels and manages escalations adequately.\nEnsures the project meets its approved timeline, scope, quality, and cost targets.\nMonitor and track project progress, actively manage risks and issues, and effectively escalate when needed.\nSupport the use of Agile-based processes for development deliverables and according to NTT(Ltd) Agile implementation.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes:\nAble to nurture self-organizing, high performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring\nAbility to work effectively with teams and individuals distributed globally across time zones and cultures\nMust encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes\nAble to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation\nAbility to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution\nA proactive self-starter who is able to operate independently and as part of a team\n\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited collegeuniversity\nPossesses training and certification in the following areas (preferred but not required): Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), andor other related certifications\n\nRequired Experience:\nProfessional experience as a project manager within a similar environment\nDemonstrated experience working with Agile projects as well as the ability to balance Agile development inside of a larger waterfallpredictive project\n\nWhat will make you a good fit for the role?\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nNTT is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
