Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.\n.\nYour New Role\nPayroll Analyst\nYour Role Accountabilities\nResponsibility for accurately and timely execution of Chile payroll by working closely with local payroll provider in timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.\nMain point of contact for day-to-day payroll operations, employee payroll related issues, benefits and questions concerning the payroll tools and processes as well as issues relating to local authorities\nManagement of data and documents as well as working closely with the Director, LATAM Payroll Services as well as local P&C Team\nIdentify opportunities and help to implement continuous improvements for procedures in the payroll\nWork closely with Legal, Finance, P&C teams, and the payroll vendor on any payroll related reporting.\nCompiling statistics and reports on a regular basis, ad hoc requests as well as Year-end reporting\nSpecial topics and participate in special projects\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum of 2 Years work experience of execution and coordination of payroll within Chile (LATAM knowledge is a plus) preferably within similar business.\nSolid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries, taxes, benefits, and other payroll related matters required\nExperience in dealing with external payroll providers and Business Partners\nStrong skills to work in a timely, accurate and well-organized manner\nStrong problem-solving skills as well as analytical skills and operational efficiency\nMaintain confidential information and has a good understanding of regulations\nTeam player with ability to build relationships\n\nAbility to communicate across all levels both internally and externally\n\nHow We Get Things Done…\nThis last bit is probably the most important!
