LHR Global recruit people around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.\nWho are we looking for ?\n\nWe are seeking aReliability EngineerTo initiate conduct engineering technical support and reliability improvement initiatives recommendations and advices for Reliability throughout the complex. Also, to develop an effective condition monitoring program for the plant rotating machines as well as fostering effctive program implementation. Provide site technical support to MNT & MFT on Reliability issues. Identify and develop a plan to eleminate equipment machines bad actors.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor of Engineering (or Science) degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.\nMin 3 up to 12 years experience (dependfing on the grade code and more than 12 years is prefered), with main.\nExperience in refining andor petrochemical industry roatating Reliability reliability improvement and trouble shooting.\nDemonstrated ability to translate reliability improvement techniques into engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability.\nUnderstanding of reliability theory and methods of reliability assessment and how to apply the methods to existing equipment.\nDemonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions from it.\nDemonstrated ability to select and implement predictive maintenance technologies for rotating equipment.\nPractical working knowledge of international Reliability codes, standards and specifications\n\nDuties and responsabilities\n\nArea 1: Planning and task allocationTo prepare a schedule of work and provide direction for the preparation of designs, machinery business processes and related data for complex reliability issues on the in charged area to ensure that work is completed as per the set targets, engineering standards and PRC requirements.\nArea 2: Engineering StudiesLead engineering data analysis pertinent to complex machinery problems, with respect to technical issues, scope, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations in the in charged area in order to support the development and formulate the basis for reliability studies. Execute studies and analysis as need base or as instructed by Department management\nArea 3: Project ManagementHandle the review, technical evaluation and implementation of assigned projects. Aquire the ability and skills to liase with all conserned parties, including contractors, to ensure proper and smooth handling of assigned tasks and projects.\nArea 4: Process ImprovementContinuosly evaluatethe current situation condition and look for potential improvement opportunities and utilize them to further enhance the equipment plant reliability. Recommends new modifications in order to improve existing facilities. Strive for improvement and always suggest new ideas and methods for acheiving better results.\nArea 5: Reportinginitiate detailed Failure analysis reports on machinery failures with recommended action to prevent re-occurrence .
