The candidate we are seeking will have an inclusive work nature, and the ability to motivate and provide support to their team (based locally and internationally) to deliver efficient fulfillment of internal and external orders and logistics functions across the regions.

You are a champion when it comes to building and maintaining trust-based relationships with your customers, suppliers, and fellow employees. You will work closely with your internal stakeholders including other Bradken Order Fulfilment Team Leads, Logistics Team Leads, Sales, Freight (Import and Export), and Purchasing teams around the globe, and actively seek opportunities for improvement of order fulfillment processes.

With your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you will liaise with Warehouse Teams on daily transportation and receipting needs for order dispatches, schedule transport, and arrange cross-border customs clearances.

As a key point of contact, you will work with the broader Supply Chain teams on providing Sales and customers with visibility of order progression.

Key technical criteria:
Prior experience leading a team
Experience in Logisticsfreight distribution
Experience in Customer Order Management
Detail-oriented and very organized
Strong communication skills with a passion for improvement
Fluent – Spanish and English (written and spoken)
