Ecolab is seeking aLogistics Analystto join its transportation department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. What You Will Do: Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests. Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities. Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.
