You are responsible for
Manage international logistics chain and customs process for personal health products business. Importation and exportation.
Manage the warehousing supplier to ensure: Productivity initiatives, Q&R, and performance compliance.
Manage local distribution carriers and plan the logistics to deliver the systems to end customers.
Accountable for brokerage, warehousing, and transportation performance to achieve the internal customer SLA.
Teaming up with the planning central and customer service team to support the daily business.
Manage and keep costs budget for operational costs.
Lead, manage and ensure the Spare parts inventory are in aging and target defined.
Lead inventory reduction initiatives based on targets defined. 
Manage the reverse logistics from hospital to final international destination, ensuring achieve the lead time defined.
Keep inventory accuracy between 3PL and Philips WMS. 
Be a continuous improvement agent, leading and working with initiatives to manage and innovate the current processes. 

You are a part of
A multidisciplinary team engaged to deliver the best supply chain strategy to impact Peoples lives based on Philips mission. We do not deliver boxes, we deliver care to patients lives. 
To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelors or Masters degree in international business or Logistics. 
Experience in international commerce operations, and managing customs agents and third-party suppliers is a must. 
Learn basic or yellow belt certification. 
Advanced English 
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills 

In this role you will directly support Philips mission, impacting Chiles life through leading the Spare parts logistics to let them have access to quality healthcare attention.
