For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company". The Impact Youll Make in this Role AsSales Operations Leaderhandles multiples pillars which support the sales process giving operational and transactional support like, key accounts contract process, sales reporting, business intelligence, sales analytics (POS and territory coverage), bids & tenders, consignments & comodato management, customer events planning, leads handler, field technical services, purchase order request. In this position, Sales Operations Leader must lead with non-routine and difficult inquiries. Performs complex analysis and recommends processes to improve and support sales process in Chile Medical Solutions Division. You will also: Lead the development and implementation of improvements andor solutions work processes of sales, with limited resources and external supports. Most complex problem solving may require developing solutions for diverse issues that may be interrelated, requiring significant interpretation and the use of strong analytical skills. Coordination and alignment with multiples areas like, business operation, sales, channel and marketing. Increase agility and sales productivity into sales force team. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution OR High School diploma GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (5) years of experience in SalesBusiness Operations At least 5-year experience regarding in business operations, sales & administration Capable of leading teams and transform organizations to be effective and productive. Project management skills Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Intermediate english proficiency Strong analytical skills. Ability to coordinate with and between areas. Ability and agility to execute.
