Were Hiring | Security Analyst Are you passionate about cybersecurity, service delivery, and stakeholder management? Location: Hybrid Bogotá International environment | Global stakeholders What youll do: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the Global Security team Manage and oversee Security Services delivery across multiple business units Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance metrics, and security dashboards Coordinate onboarding activities, deployments, and communication across stakeholders Lead service review sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Security Operations, IT teams, and external partners to ensure operational excellence Support incident reviews, problem resolution, reporting, and governance activities What were looking for: Solid English level Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Security Operations Experience working in security-focused environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, and service governance Certifications such as ITIL, Security+, or CISM are a plus Why join us?
