Only apply if you’re prepared for a zero-hour commute and the thought of collaborating with colleagues from around the globe excites you!\n\nThe skills and traits we’re looking for:\n\n7+ years of software development experience\n\n2+ years of experience either as a senior engineer or technical lead\n\nExtensive experience with full-stack, cross-platform development\n\nProficiency in at least one backend and one frontend languageframework\n\nExtensive experience with cloud services: AWS, Azure or GCP\n\nAdvanced level of English fluency\n\nAbility to understand and quickly get into new languagestechnologiesframeworks\n\nGreat problem solving ability on both higher level and low level parts of software system\n\nDesire and ability to lead, mentor, tutor and help team members\n\nBachelors or Masters degree.\n\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\n\nHelping in defining and shaping clients requirements\n\nDesigning solutions to meet the client requirements\n\nBreaking down the solution into actionable items\n\nHelping with creating timeline by estimating the items\n\nDelegating tasks to team members (picking the right people for the right task and making sure the tasks are clear and understandable to the team members)\n\nEnforcing and executing technical policies and best practices on projects such as code reviews, proper environment creation, source code management, etc\n\nHelping team members to overcome technical problems\n\nHelping with any problems or escalations on the projects\n\nHelping with release management and deployments\n\nThe secret ingredients that make us special:\n\nYour growth is our growth.
