Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Communication Analytics Company:LLYC (global communication and public affairs consulting firm) Location:LATAM (100% remote) Overview: As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a vital part of LLYCs communication strategy, possessing skills across various fields and digital platforms. You will develop successful communication plans, reporting and analytical capabilities, and outstanding communication skills. Your role will require collaboration with various teams within the firm, helping to devise and execute strategic initiatives in alignment with the clients objectives and overall business goals. You will utilize analytical tools and technologies to develop crucial insights, assess campaign results, identify successes, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to building deep relationships with clients, company leadership, and key stakeholders, you will also be comfortable communicating technical insights to non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives Collaborate closely with different teams within the firm to interpret findings and generate insights to drive campaign optimization Develop proposals for new clients Utilize an array of analytical tools and technologies to develop crucial insights, assess campaign results, identify successes, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) Build and nurture essential relationships with clients, company leadership, and key stakeholders Effectively communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences Utilize various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, X, Brandwatch, and other relevant tools, to collect and analyze data Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as required to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic communication firm Requirements: BA degree in business, statistics, marketing, communication, or related field 5+ years of experience working with a marketing, communication, analytics, or public relations agency (and experience working with clients) Fluent in both English and Spanish Experience working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) is preferred Experience working with PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets is strongly preferred Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with the ability to analyze information and solve problems with a strong client-service orientation Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders A passionate curiosity and insights-driven approach, constantly seeking to understand the why behind data Diversity and Inclusion: LLYC believes in diversity and inclusion.
