A B2B sales enablement platform is seeking to strengthen its core team by hiring a seasoned UXUI designer with expertise in web and mobile application design. The UXUI Designer will be responsible for crafting user experience and interface elements, collaborating with TradeEngages team of developers, and playing a pivotal role in the platforms design direction while fostering innovation. Responsibilities Lead the product design process, play an active role in decision-making, and shape the user experience and interface of our web-based prototype, and eventually a mobile application Focus on Collaborate closely with the development team across time zones, offering design insights and ensuring the seamless translation of design concepts into functional elements Actively seek, understand, and integrate user feedback and demands to refine and enhance the product functionality and design Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate best practices into our platform Occasionally present product demos to users, showcasing the design and functionality Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience in UXUI design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs for B2B software companies Experience designing marketplace applications, specifically onboarding, messaging, and video recording features Background in designing transcription and translation features is a bonus Background in integrating software solutions is a bonus Familiarity with the technical aspects of web development, including knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Javascript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, andor Python is an advantage Fluent or professional-level understanding of the English language.
