Engineering Director at WinDifferent As an Engineering Director at WinDifferent, youll be working alongside a team of skilled engineers, driving the development of cutting-edge products and technologies. Your pivotal role involves aligning engineering endeavors with the companys overarching strategy, shaping its future. From setting project timelines and budgets to ensuring top-tier quality, youll oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle while leading and mentoring a team of senior engineers. This includes delivering high-quality and innovative projects within specified timelines and budgets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and seamless collaboration. What You Will Do: - Manage the projects human capital, which involves tasks such as recruitment, staff retention, and performance management. - Assist in the development and monitoring of metrics and KPIs for teams. - Maintain a hands-on approach while facilitating effective team coordination and streamlining the development process. - Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality data products. Heres what we are looking for: - 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Delivery related roles. - Technical and development background with Python (mandatory tech). - Experience with any front-end frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms. - Strong Project Management skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Advanced English Level.
